1. What IBANEX is

IBANEX is an informational tool that checks the structure of an IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and, where available, identifies the issuing bank and its BIC/SWIFT. It is provided by Appsyra.

IBANEX does not move money, does not initiate payments and is not a bank, a payment institution or any other kind of financial institution.

2. What a result means

A valid IBAN confirms that the number is correctly formed and, where we can, which bank issued it. It does NOT confirm that the account exists, that it is active, or who it belongs to. We never claim to identify the account holder.

Bank information comes from public banking registries and third-party providers and is offered for guidance only. You are responsible for your own payment decisions.

3. Purchases

Detailed reports are paid as one-time purchases through your app store. There are no subscriptions. A check is only charged when we identify the issuing bank; if we cannot, the check is not consumed.

Purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds are subject to the app store’s terms.

4. Liability

IBANEX is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Appsyra is not liable for losses arising from payment decisions made on the basis of the information provided. Always verify with the other party before sending money.
